Who we are

Oneero is operated by Goldseam AI Consulting Ltd, the data controller for the personal data described below. We are registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16896682) with a registered office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia W1T 6EB.

Browsing the catalogue

You can read every symbol page without an account. We don't drop tracking cookies or profile anonymous visitors until you accept ads (see below) - browsing alone is anonymous.

Advertising

The free side of the site is funded by Google AdSense, which uses cookies to measure and personalise the ads you see. Before any of that runs, Google's own consent message - its certified “Privacy & messaging” platform, built on the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework - asks for your choice. If you're in the UK or EEA you'll see it on your first visit; until you consent, no advertising cookies that require consent are set.

You can review or change your ad choices at any time.

Synthesis (signed-in)

When you sign in to use Synthesis, Clerk handles your account and session. The dream text you submit is stored in our database so you can come back to it, and it's sent to our LLM provider, Anthropic, to generate the interpretation. Anthropic's commercial terms prohibit using your prompts or the generated output to train their models. We do not show ads to signed-in users on Synthesis surfaces.

Dreams can touch on sensitive things - your health, sexuality, religious or philosophical beliefs. This is special-category data, so by submitting your dream text you explicitly consent to us processing any such details it may contain for the sole purpose of generating your interpretation. You can withdraw that consent and delete your dream text at any time.

Why we're allowed to do this (lawful basis)

• Advertising - your consent, given through Google's consent message. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Accounts & Synthesis - performance of our contract with you: we can't deliver the interpretation you asked for without processing your account and dream text.
• Sensitive details in a dream - your explicit consent, which is the Article 9 condition we rely on to process any special-category data your dream text may contain.
• Errors & security - our legitimate interest in keeping the service stable and secure.

How long we keep it

We keep your dream text and interpretations for as long as your account is open, and delete them within 30 days of you closing your account or asking us to. Account details held by Clerk last for the life of the account. Error and performance logs in Sentry are retained for 90 days and then purged.

Errors and performance

We use Sentry to capture crashes and slow requests. Sentry sees stack traces and a short trail of UI events; it does not receive your dream text or your account email.

Where your data goes

Some of these providers process data outside the UK (for example, Anthropic in the United States). Where that happens we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, to keep your data protected to UK standards.

• Google AdSense - ads on free pages, after consent.
• Clerk - authentication for Synthesis.
• Anthropic - the LLM that generates Synthesis interpretations.
• Netlify - hosting, serverless functions, and our database.
• Sentry - error and performance monitoring.
• Trigger.dev - runs the Synthesis job in the background.

Your rights

Because we operate from the UK, the UK GDPR applies. You have the right to access a copy of your data, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email us and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
