Who we are

Oneero is operated by Goldseam AI Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16896682). Our registered office is at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia W1T 6EB. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Goldseam AI Consulting Ltd, and “you” means the person using the site.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing Oneero, browsing the symbol catalogue, or signing in to use Synthesis, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Oneero is - and is not

Oneero is a dream-symbol dictionary and an interpretive aid. Synthesis uses a large language model to weave the symbols you select into a holistic reading of your dream.

Interpretations are generated for reflection and entertainment. They are not advice of any kind and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial guidance. If you are distressed or in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Accounts

Browsing the catalogue is free and does not require an account. Synthesis requires you to sign in; authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

When using Oneero, you agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or content you have no right to share.
• Attempt to scrape, bulk-download, or republish the catalogue without our permission.
• Probe, disrupt, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the service.
• Use the service to build a competing dataset or to train another model.

Your content

You keep ownership of the dream text you submit to Synthesis. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that text so we can generate your interpretation and let you return to it later. We describe exactly how this data is handled in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Oneero name, design, symbol catalogue, and the software behind the site are owned by Goldseam AI Consulting Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may read and reference the catalogue for personal, non-commercial use; all other rights are reserved.

Payments and your right to cancel

Where Synthesis or other paid features carry a charge, the price and what it covers are shown before you commit. Charges are payable in advance.

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content for a refund. Because an interpretation is generated for you straight away, at checkout we ask you to confirm that you want it generated immediately and that you accept you lose this 14-day cancellation right once generation begins. If you give that confirmation, the purchase is non-refundable once the interpretation has been generated. If you don't, your 14-day right to cancel applies as normal. Your other statutory rights are not affected.

Availability

We aim to keep Oneero available and accurate, but we provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site, and Synthesis depends on third-party providers whose availability we do not control.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any decision you take based on an interpretation, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use Oneero after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
